Shoplogix VAPs engage in the sales, marketing, implementation and support for
Shoplogix products and services. Shoplogix VAPs are viewed as an extension of our own
sales, marketing and support organizations. They have a thorough understanding of Shoplogix
solutions and the means by which to achieve rapid ROI for the customers. VAPs may also
provide ancillary services, including support and training.

Original Equipment Manufacturers

Shoplogix OEMs provide a full range of services to their clients and they extend these services
utilizing the Shoplogix solution to facilitate commissioning and post implementation equipment
effectiveness. These OEM’s create additional competitive advantage for their clients and increase
their own business potential within their new and installed business base.

Technology Partners

Shoplogix Technology Partners include, infrastructure partners (IPs) and independent software
vendors (ISVs) whose technologies extend the Shoplogix solution and seamlessly integrate
with Shoplogix applications. These products may be embedded in a Shoplogix application, directly
integrated with Shoplogix software, or integrated into a Shoplogix application via XML, third-party
connectors or adapters.
