Personality:
Looking for no nonsense, enthusiastic and motivated individual with good business discipline and strong sales ability to join our sales team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and telephone skills, be able to multi-task and have good computer skills. As an Account Manger, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. You must be comfortable prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment you will be empowered to sell an industry leading solution to Small and Mid-sized North American companies.
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, planning...and of course closing.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of our solution.
- Communicate our value proposition to plant and executive level management at prospective client companies.
- Build rapport with management at prospective client companies through discussion of sales, business and technology issues.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create lead generation best practices and optimize processes.
- Identify and follow up on marketing generated leads.
Qualifications/Skills:
- The ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years inside or outside sales experience in Software, Hardware or Business Services to end-users.
- A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, e- Commerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is desirable, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
- Candidates must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English with internal and external clients through all available mediums.

Inside Sales Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities for the ShopLogix's field sales team, as a part of our Demand Generation, Inside Salesteam.
- Communicate our value proposition to plant and executive level management at prospective client companies.
- Build rapport with management at prospective client companies through discussion of sales, business and technology issues.
- Relate our value proposition clearly and confidently by voice, email and web based presentations.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create lead generation best practices and optimize processes.
- Identify and follow up on marketing generated leads.
Qualifications
- Preferred, but not essential, experience in a lead generation or inside sales role - Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales would be ideal.
- College diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Confident presentation style demonstrating the ability to schedule a meeting with the prospect.
- Ability to understand and deliver the value proposition of complex solutions and to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and buying processes.
Requirements
- Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Windows as well as typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically relating to the ability to handle simple scenario objections with prospects.
